Hey everyone,
My name is John Walker. I am a sophomore. I have 3 siblings (picture below) and a wonderful set of parents. I am on the outskirts of Portland, Oregon, You could say I have walked in the shadow of God my whole life, yet, I truly claimed to follow him in a life-changing, spirit filled, authentic way about 3 years ago when I was 13. I am a very passionate person, I often switch the target of that passion, yet I try to have all things centered in Christ. I am by no means a perfect person, I have many struggles yet I root them all in the strength of Christ. I enjoy reading and learning new languages. You could say my mission statement for life is "To magnify God through a sacrificial life of outreach to the lost, broken, unwanted, and unloved of the world." My goal in life is to simply follow God where ever he leads me, obviously easier said then done, but I trust he will make my path clear. Currently I imagine myself part taking in long-term missionary work somewhere in Southern Asia through a tent-making kind of style, perhaps in Tibet or India. I want either a shop or a farm, and then to ride on Horse-back telling people about Jesus. I can be a very deep intense person but I also have an incredibly goofy side. I like back up dancing during karaoke, making funny voices, and playing family feud on Facebook. Ask me questions, post funny videos.Namaste.
